HOW TO PREPARE
1. Prepare chicken breasts for cooking: cover them with salt, pepper, and mustard. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Put chicken breasts into a heated pan and cook for about 6-7 mins per side. Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked with a sharp knife.
3. Combine sesame oil, lemon juice and whole grain mustard. Add arugula and dried tomatoes.
4. Cut chicken breasts into strips and add to the salad.
5. Serve the dish with Chumak sesame Oil.
