AVOCADO SALAD WITH SHRIMP

Try a perfect salad with avocado and shrimps combined with the piquant dressing.

ingredients


  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

HOW TO PREPARE


1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add shrimps, cook them for 10 minutes. 2. Combine Chumak Walnut oil, lemon pepper and salt. 3. Halve tomatoes, peel and slice avocados and combine ingredients in large bowl. 4. Add dressing and toss well. Serve salad with the spinach leaves on top.
